I’ve always been passionate about helping people make sense of their money so they can build something meaningful.
I started my first accounting firm while navigating both business ownership and motherhood, and grew it into a seven-figure company before I was 35. From the outside, it looked like success. But what mattered most to me was what I saw behind the scenes.
I had the opportunity to work with thousands of entrepreneurs, and over time a clear pattern started to emerge.
So many business owners felt overwhelmed by their numbers. They were unsure what was actually happening in their business, second-guessing their decisions, and carrying far too much of the weight on their own. Not because they were not capable, but because they did not have the clarity or support they needed.
That realization changed everything.
Why Thrive exists
Thrive was built to solve a problem I saw over and over again.
Too many accounting experiences stop at compliance. You receive reports, filings, and numbers, but very little clarity about what it all means or what to do next.
